<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical insulating heat conductive sheet having both high heat-conductivity and high flexibility, to provide a method for obtaining the sheet favorably in terms of productivity, cost, and energy efficiency with certainty, and to provide a heat radiator having a high heat radiation capability and having few risk of short near the circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The heat-conductive sheet is produced by preparing first a composition containing a nonspherical particle (A) having a volume resistivity of 10<SP>9</SP>Ω×m or more and a heat-conductivity of 20 W/mK or more and an organic polymer (B) having a volume resistivity of 10<SP>9</SP>Ω×m or more and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 50°C or below, then the composition is used for making the sheet, wherein, the nonspherical particle (A) is so oriented that its major axis is in the thickness direction of the sheet, an area covered by the nonspherical particle (A) exposed on the surface of the sheet is ≥5% and ≤60%, and Asker-C hardness of the sheet at 70°C is 40 or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
