PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform appropriate reroute processing that does not use a via-point as a target, when stopping at the via-point set as a route search condition is canceled. SOLUTION: A navigation system 10 includes a passage determining means 33 for determining whether a terminal device 20 has passed the via-point, and a selection inquiring means 36 for making a target point of route re-search from a current position to be selected. When a route re-search request is transmitted by a route re-search requesting means 23, and when the passage determining means 33 determines that there is a non-passed via-point, a selection inquiring means 36 makes a displaying means 26 display a selection screen for selecting the target point of the route re-search, and the route re-search requesting means 23 transmits the route re-search request where the target point selected by the selection screen is used as the route re-search point from the current position to a route search server 30.
