PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust pipe capable of reducing draft noise further upon discharge of exhaust gas into the atmosphere from a tail end of the exhaust pipe. SOLUTION: In the exhaust pipe 1 having a discharge end 3 with a large diameter at the tail end for discharging exhaust gas into the atmosphere, a diameter D of the discharge end 3 is formed to be 1.1 times or more and 1.3 times or less of a diameter d of an upstream part 2, and a length L of the discharge end 3 is formed to be 20 times or more of the diameter d of the upstream part 2.
