PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door stopper enabling the reduction of weight, enhancement of maintainability, and reduction of cost by simplifying a structure and a door having the door stopper. SOLUTION: This door stopper comprises a wheel 4 fitted to the door 1 in a ground-contact state. The wheel 4 is rotated about the axis X extending in the generally vertical direction, and changed over between an unlock state in which it can be run in the opening/closing direction K of the door 1 and the opening/closing of the door 1 is allowed and a lock state in which it cannot be run in the opening/closing direction K of the door 1 and the opening/closing of the door 1 is obstructed by the frictional engagement thereof with a ground-contact surface F.
