PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an anchor adhering to stable ground sometimes comes off because a shortage of a force of friction against a hole wall occurs on ground that a shortage of an area of contact with an anchoring material and a deterioration in the quality of the anchoring material are caused by the leaning of an anchor fixing body to a section below a borehole. SOLUTION: When a tendon (6) is tensioned, the anchoring material (12) of an anchoring section (C) is compressed to the centers of the anchoring bodies (18) and (19) by a pressure ring, and the hole wall (5) is pressurized by utilizing the force of making the anchoring material (12) horizontally extended by a Poisson's ratio equivalent to axial compression, so that the force of the friction between the anchoring bodies (18) and (19) and the hole wall (5) can be increased.
