A coupling tube (40A) is fitted in an introduction pipe (34A), and a guide groove (342) extends in a z-axis direction in a side surface of the introduction pipe (34A). At the peripheral surface of the coupling tube (40A), a guide screw (41) is screwed so as to penetrate a peripheral wall of the coupling tube (40A), and a tip portion of the guide screw (41) gets into the guide groove (342). The tip portion of the guide screw (41) is movable in the guide groove (342) in the Z-axis direction, and the coupling tube (40A) is movable with respect to the introduction pipe (34A) in the Z-axis direction within the length of the guide groove (342).The coupling tube (40A) and a guide pipe (31A) are moved in the Z-axis direction by an air cylinder (43). Consequently, when fiber bundles are arranged by using guide pipes, some guide pipe is prevented from being caught in a fiber bundle supplied from another guide pipe.
