<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module with an improved yield by suppressing crackings of solar batteries. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of solar batteries include first solar batteries 100a and second solar batteries 100b, and the first and second solar batteries 100a and 100b are so arranged as to be adjacent to each other in a predetermined arrangement direction. On the backside of each first solar battery 100a, a plurality of first n-type regionsβare formed along the arrangement direction and first p-type regionsαare so formed as to be put between the plurality of first n-type regionsβ. On the backside of each second solar battery 100b, a plurality of second p-type regionsδare formed along the arrangement direction and second n-type regionsγare so formed as to be put between the plurality of second p-type regionsδ.
