<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power supply communication system which can supply power easily to wide power supply communication object planes and can secure safety of a user. <P>SOLUTION: This is an electric power communication panel 10 which is constructed integrally by mutually arranging in superimposed form a plurality of conductive plates 11, 12 and an insulating layer 13 installed between these plurality of conductive plates 11, 12. At least one sheet of the conductive plates 11, 12 arranged at the outside of the power communication panel 10 is made the conductive plate 11 connected to a DC power supply so as to serve as a grounding electrode, and the insulating layer 13 is made a communication path for transmitting a communication signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
