WEB-BASED RESIDENCE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A web-based residence performance management system and a method thereof are provided to evaluate city performance automatically by deciding a matching level through comparison between a check-list and residence condition. CONSTITUTION: A residence performance analyzer(110) changes present condition and change situation of a city in a residence present condition common model form. The residence performance analyzer converts a check-list of a character information form to a check-list common model form. The residence performance analyzer decides whether thepresent condition and change situations of the city are coincided with the check-list. The residence performance analyzer extracts information necessary for an auto evaluation. A performance reference unit(120) inquires performance evaluation according to the analyzed residence performance.
