PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a high-reliability battery by reducing a connection resistance between an active material/a terminal and a collector due to high capacity of a non-aqueous secondary battery. SOLUTION: An arithmetic average roughness of the surface of an active material forming region 1 and that of a terminal connecting region 3 in a positive-electrode collector 11 are made smaller than that of the surface of each active material non-forming region 2. Accordingly, bonding properties between a positive-electrode active material 12 and the positive-electrode collector 11 and bonding properties between a positive-electrode terminal 30 and the positive-electrode collector 11 are improved so as to enhance reliability by achieving the low resistance of a non-aqueous secondary battery.
