FIELD: processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns method of high-strength film material receiving, used in radio and electrical engineering, and also used as polymeric membrane for chemical industry. Method of film receiving is in further: by method of electrochemical deposition it is implemented formation from solution aromatic heterocyclic polyamide in organic amide solvent, with soluted in it haloid salt of alkaline-earth metals or lithium chloride. In the capacity of aromatic heterocyclic polyamide it is used polyamide, containing in chain benzimidazole or sewage-limed or thiazol cycles. In the capacity of solvent there are used dimethyl acetamide or N-methylpyrrolidone.
