PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage medium to/from which write-in and reproduction of a plurality of contents can be performed, and its manufacturing apparatus. SOLUTION: The information storage medium is provided with: a first contents file arranged under a first directory and corresponding to a first contents; a first play list file for controlling reproduction of the first contents; a second contents file arranged under a second directory and corresponding to a second contents being different from the first contents; a second play list file for controlling reproduction of the second contents; and a contents management file arranged under the prescribed directory and managing selection of the first and the second contents.
