PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control operation of a device according to the situation when detecting a change of sound around a user portably carrying the device. SOLUTION: A crime prevention control system 1000 in embodiment of this invention is a crime prevention control system prompting the user to attention by making a wireless terminal device 1100 acquire the sound around the user. Specifically, when detecting the change of the sound around the user portably carrying the wireless terminal device 1100 in the wireless terminal device 1100, the wireless terminal device 1100 prompts the user to the attention, and thereby suppresses occurrence of trouble.
