摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: effective result is possibly not obtained by the simple presentation of advertisement in the conventional advertisement distribution system because the advertisement presented toward user does not always arouse interest of the user; and there is possibility that the presentation of the advertisement makes the user feel uncomfortable. <P>SOLUTION: When presenting the advertisement to the user 115 with a vehicle device 111, the vehicle device 111 asks an advertisement distribution server 101 to send the advertisement to be presented. In the advertisement distribution server 101, user's reactions upon the presentation of respective advertisements in the past and "circumstances, attribute of the user and past records of user's reactions for other advertisements" or the like at that time, are recorded on a server side data base 102. A probability calculation part 103 calculates a probability of the user exhibiting preferable reaction with respect to a plurality of advertisement candidates based on the attribute of the user, past record and present circumstances which are obtained by the advertisement demand of the vehicle device 111.
