<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform switching to an individual set screen suitable for a user and provide an optimal operating environment, without forcing the user to go through troublesome procedures. <P>SOLUTION: A neutral navigation screen G1 is displayed on a monitor 4, and a portable telephone 5B owned by a user individual being around is searched for; and when its authentication is made, the neutral screen G1 is switched to an individual-compliant navigation screen G3 set independently for the user U2 individual.
