<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To roughly evenly distribute intake air passing through a throttle valve in three directions. <P>SOLUTION: This device includes first to third branch passages 48-50 branching at a downstream side of the throttle valve 53, and a pin 52 positioned between an upstream end of the branch passages and the throttle valve 53. The first branch passage 48 opens on an extended line C1 of a center line C of an intake passage including the throttle valve 53. The second and the third branch passages 49, 50 open at both sides of the first branch passage 48. The pin 52 comprises a rod body extending in a direction crossing a direction in which the openings 48-50 of the first - the third branch passages 48-50 are arranged at right angle, and a direction crossing a direction in which intake air flows.
