<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger pump unit capable of surely preventing flooding of refrigerant even when a load is small during a period of a cooling operation. <P>SOLUTION: This heat exchanger pump unit 1 comprises an unit gas pipe 15 and an unit liquid pipe 16 in which the phase-change refrigerant of gas phase and liquid phase flowing between a heat exchanger 11 and an indoor machine 2, is circulated, and a pump 13 disposed in the unit liquid pipe 16. Further a temperature sensor 23 positioned at a part lower than a gas-phase refrigerant port of the heat exchanger 11 in an installed state, a pressure sensor 21 detecting a pressure in the unit gas pipe 15, and an opening and closing valve 14 for opening and closing the unit liquid pipe 16 are disposed in the unit gas pipe 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
