PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-cross-linked type polypropylene-based foamed stretched film having uniform and fine foamed cells without which is free from the destruction of the foamed cells, even when stretched, and has excellent appearance and a pearly luster. SOLUTION: The polypropylene-based foamed stretched film is formed by stretching an un-stretched sheet in at least one direction. A un-stretched sheet is prepared from a polypropylene-based resin composition prepared by compounding 100 pts.wt. of a propylene-ethylene block copolymer prepared by polymerizing propylene solely or successively polymerizing 30-95 wt.% of a propylene-ethylene random copolymer component (A) having≤7 wt.% of ethylene content and 70-5 wt.% of a propylene-ethylene random copolymer component (B) containing ethylene in a larger amount than that of the component (A) by≥3-20 wt.% using a metallocene-based catalyst with 0.05-6.0 pts.wt. of a blowing agent. The propylene-ethylene block copolymer has 0.5-10 g/10 min MFR (melt flow rate), 110-150°C Tm (melting peak temperature), 1.5-4 Mw/Mn (molecular weight distribution) and a tanδcurve having the single peak below 0°C.
