The present invention relates to lotion compositions comprised on a body facing surface of an absorbent article such as a diaper, training pants or a dult incontinence product. The lotion composition may be used for reducing t he adherence of feces or menses to the human skin. The lotion composition co mprises at least two compounds wherein one first compound is liquid at 25°C and at least one second component which is solid at 25°C. An effective amoun t of the lotion composition is comprised on a body facing surface of an abso rbent article which is intended to be worn by a wearer.
