<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat retentive burner apparatus for ladle which is downsized, is reduced in weight and does not drop the flowing speed, even in the case of decreasing supplying quantity of air for combustion. <P>SOLUTION: In the heat retentive burner apparatus for ladle, arranged on a cover 2 of the ladle 1 and for drying and heating in the ladle 1; the burner apparatus is provided with; at least one piece of combustion unit 3 for continuously burning at the working time; a plurality of throats 5 for supplying and exhausting, arranged surrounding the combustion unit 3 and including a heat storage media 4; a three-way valve 6 arranged in each throat 5 for supplying and exhausting and alternately changing air-supplying mode and air-exhausting mold; and an exhausting air passage 7 for exhausting the combustion exhaust gas in the ladle 1 at cold-starting time. The three-way valve 6 is wholly changed into the air-supplying mode at the cold-starting time, and after raising the temperature, a part into the air-supplying mode and the rest into the air-exhausting mode, are repeatedly changed and also, the combination of the air-supplying mode and the air-exhausting mode, are successively changed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
