<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current load driving circuit which has large freedom of arrangement of each constituent element while minimizing deterioration of operational characteristics when it is constituted of a gate array or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The current load driving circuit drives a current load represented by an LED 3, and it has a first current mirror circuit 1, a second current mirror circuit 2 whose input current is an output current of the first current mirror circuit 1 and drives an LED 3 by a current obtained by amplifying the input current.
