PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low pressure steam recovery turbine generator generating power by effectively recovering low pressure steam discharged from a high pressure side steam turbine. SOLUTION: This turbine generator is provided with a low pressure steam recovery turbine 3 driven and rotated by recovering low pressure steam discharged from the high pressure side steam turbine, a generator 5 generating power by rotary output of the low pressure steam recovery turbine 3, and a condenser 7 condensing and liquefying discharged steam from the low pressure steam recovery turbine 3.
