Disclosed are methods of treating subjects having conditions related to a ngiogenesis including administering an effective amount of a polymeric Nanop article form of thyroid hormone antagonist to inhibit angiogenesis in the su bject. Compositions of the polymeric forms of thyroid hormone, or thyroid ho rmone antagonists, are also disclosed.
