PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens drive device capable of easily adjusting magnetic balance in a drive magnet for driving a moving body. SOLUTION: The lens drive device 1 is equipped with the moving body 3 to hold a lens holder 12 equipped with a lens, a supporting body 2 to support the moving body 3 movably in the optical axis direction of the lens, and a magnetic drive mechanism to drive the moving body 3. The magnetic drive mechanism is equipped with a drive coil 30 arranged on the outer periphery side of the moving body 3, and four magnets 17 arranged on the inner periphery side of a back yoke 16 constituting the supporting body 2. Then, a magnetic balance adjusting yoke 20 for correcting the magnetic force of the magnet 17 is arranged at a position opposed to at least one of the four magnets 17 on the outer periphery side of the back yoke 16.
