PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an image forming apparatus unitarily managing use of the image forming apparatus and use of Web service.

SOLUTION: MFP (Multi Function Peripherals) store information of the Web service whose use is permitted in each user and information for restricting use of a function. When there is the Web service wherein the user who is logged-on is permitted with the use (S107), a list thereof is displayed (S111). When the use of the function interlocked with the selected Web service is not permitted about the user (NO at S115), the purport is displayed (S121). When the use of the function is restricted (YES at S117), restriction contents are displayed (S119), and the use of the Web service is confirmed (S123).
