PURPOSE: Provided is a hair perm agent containing beads to set a wave into the hair or straighten curly hair with less hair damage and scalp irritation, and to give various colors due to the beads dispersed in the agent. CONSTITUTION: A hair perm agent containing beads is characterized by consisting of a first reductive agent and a second oxidative agent. Each of the first and second agents contains 0.001-10.0 wt.% of beads, and 0.01-5.0 wt.% of soluble thickening agent. The bead has a diameter of 0.001-5.0mm, and a specific gravity of 0.5-1.5.
