<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage applying tool for measuring an accident in an underground transmission line capable of preventing discharge surely even when a voltage of 10 kV at the maximum is applied in order to measure an accident point of a cable, when performing a restoration work of the cable in the body of a manhole in the case of occurrence of a trouble in a reduced type Y-branch connection system. <P>SOLUTION: This voltage applying tool for measuring an accident for preventing discharge by mounting to cover the whole of the end of an accident section cable extracted from a Y-branch connection part and a connection spot of a high-voltage cable for accident point measurement is equipped on both ends of a pipe cover with each mountable/dismountable split type cap having a conical cylinder shape constituted of the cylindrical-shaped pipe cover made of vinyl chloride, an insulating rubber tape with which the outer circumference of the pipe cover is to be coated, a shielding metal tape comprising a braided wire with which the outer circumference of the insulating rubber tape is to be coated, and a vinyl tape with which the outer circumference of the shielding metal tape is to be coated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
