摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyte concentration or activity determination method for specifically determining reaction lag phases of reaction kinetics, thereby accurately evaluating the reaction kinetics and securing more accurate determination of analytes. SOLUTION: The method comprises a process (a) for mixing a sample, with at least a reagent and thereby setting a specimen-dependent reaction during its progress; a process (b) of measuring signals x which change over a time period t, as a result of the specimen-dependent reaction and storing a signal-time curve; a process (c) of determining a maximum increase in the signal-time curve; a process (d) of determining a reaction lag phase of the signal-time curve; and a process (e) of determining the concentration or activity of a specimen, on the basis of at least one parameter of the signal-time curve present, after the reaction lag phase related to time.
