PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power communication floor structure etc. capable of easily supplying electric power to a wide range of plane of a power supply communication target, securing user's safety, and enhancing the degree of freedom and usability of the form of supplying electric power or communication signals. SOLUTION: The power communication floor structure comprises a supply panel 10 including a plurality of conductive plates 11, 12 and an insulating layer 13 arranged between them which are laid on each other in an integrating manner to supply the electric power or communication signals, a floor section 20 supporting the supply panel 10 from below, and a plurality of first function modules 51 or second function modules 52 arranged side by side on the supply panel 10. The first function modules 51 have a function of constituting a floor surface, and the second function modules 52 connected to the supply panel 10 have a function of inputting or outputting the electric power or the communication signals in addition to the function of constituting the floor surface.
