PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide "a gateway device, a control program, and a computer-readable recording medium" capable of regenerating contents not regenerated by an existing system and suppressing change of the existing system. SOLUTION: The gateway part 4 obtains equipment information of an audio data receiving part 3 and a video/map data receiving part 7 at connection of an on-vehicle network A and a network B, and performs relevancy of the audio data receiving part 3 and the video/map data receiving part 7 based on the equipment information. The gateway part 4 receives transmission requirement of DVD data from an operation control part 1 and receives receiving requirement of the audio data at the audio data receiving part 3, transmits the obtained audio data in the DVD data to the audio data receiving part 3 based on the receiving requirement, and transmits the video data in the DVD data to the video/map data receiving part 7.
