The inlet device has an air filter (9) and an inlet channel (25), which is attached over a cylinder head cover (6). A coil cover (24) is attached at the cylinder head cover and an ignition coil is covered. The inlet channel is integrally formed with the coil cover. The inlet channel and air filter are arranged in a cylinder bank direction of an engine (1). The coil cover is locked with the air filter by a locking unit. An end section of the air filter is held in the cylinder head cover by holding section (S1) that is provided in the inlet channel and coil cover.
