A handrim assembly is provided to add the strong driving force to the handrim and to give the sense of security to a passenger. A handrim assembly comprises: a handrim guide unit(2) formed in the columnar direction along the rim of the wheel(1); and a plurality of handrim holders(3) which surround the handrim guide unit, are arranged in a radial direction, and support the handrim. The handrim guide unit is similar to the screw(5), is separated from the rim of wheel, and is mounted on the rim of the wheel.
