A control device of an air-conditioning system for a vehicle is provided to remove fog generated on the front glass of a vehicle by supplying the cool air to the front glass direction. The control device of an air-conditioning system for a vehicle is composed of a date calculating unit(30), an outdoor air temperature sensor(40) for sensing the outdoor air temperature of the vehicle, an indoor humidity sensor(50) sensing the inside humidity of the vehicle, and a control unit(60) for controlling a deep door(10) and a vent door(12) to the opening direction to block the fogging at a rainy season mode according to a preset date, temperature or humidity.
