The device has a stopper (2) provided with a screw pitch system (6) at its bottom. A groove is located at top and bottom parts of an insulated hermetically closed container. A gutter (7) is situated inside a cap (1). An orifice is provided for consuming a standard bottle e.g. soda bottle. The hermetically closed container includes an opening at its bottom so as to receive the boxes. Another cap is provided with a cone that is provided with another orifice for permitting flow of the bottle.
