A high speed operation of the bias generating circuit is provided to shorten the operation time of bias voltage outputted to each bias voltage terminal when a bias generating circuit is started up. In a bias generating circuit, a first current path or the sixth current path are connected between the power supply voltage and reference voltage(I1-I6). A first gate line(G1) controls the first current path or the third current path and is connected to the first current path. A second gate line(G2) which is connected to the second current path controls the first current path, the second current path, and fourth current path. A third gate line(G3) controls the fourth current path and the fifth current path while being connected to the fourth current path, outputs the first bias voltage(Vb1) corresponding to the current flowing in the fourth current path. A coupling capacitor(C1) couples the third gate line to the first gate line. A first transient capacitor(C2) is connected between the power supply voltage and the first gate line. |
