A sheet-type deodorizing filter and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to prevent activated carbon particles from being easily separated from the deodorizing filter in use. A method of manufacturing a sheet-type deodorizing filter comprises the following steps of: evenly dispersing a granulated active carbon and a thermal-bonded fiber in the water; forming a deodorization sheet(1) on non-wovens(2,3) for cover by pulling up the activated carbon and the fiber in a sheet type using the non-wovens; and after laminating the non-wovens onto the deodorization sheet, heat-treating them to thermally bonding them so as to be one body.
