<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission lubricating device for improving the performance of cooling/warming a transmission while preventing the worsening of efficiency of transmitting torque from an internal combustion engine to a driving wheel by giving a proper amount of operating oil to a lubricating circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The transmission lubricating device comprises a temperature controller 64 using hot or cold water from a water jacket 65 of the internal combustion engine for controlling the temperature of operating oil, a lubricating pipe 68 provided on the downstream side of the temperature controller 64 and connected to the lubricating circuit 67, a drain pipe 70 provided on the downstream side of the temperature controller 64 and arranged in parallel to the lubricating circuit 67 in the state of branching from the lubricating pipe 68 for recirculating the operating oil into an oil pan 29, a throttle valve 76 provided in the lubricating pipe 68, and a throttle valve 77 provided in the drain pipe 70. The openings of the throttle valve 76 and the throttle valve 77 are set so that the operating oil whose amount exceeds the required amount of lubricating oil is drained into the drain pipe 70 when the amount of the operating oil to be supplied to the temperature controller 64 exceeds the required amount of the lubricating oil to be supplied to the lubricating circuit 67. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
