PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image radar apparatus capable of forming high definition radar image while estimating the compensation amount by inhibiting the affection from external disturbance such as noises. SOLUTION: The image radar apparatus comprises: a tracking processing part 4 for creating the tracking information of the target based on the receiving signal, at the time of forming a radar image by compositing the receiving signals obtained by observing the same target by a plurality of radar apparatuses 3; an observation procedure planning part 2 for forming the overlapping regional information regarding the overlapping spatial frequency region by determining the transmission and reception control parameters so as to partially overlapping the reception signal of each radar apparatus 3 in the spatial frequency region; a coarse compensation processing part 5 for performing the coarse phase compensation of receiving signal of each radar apparatus 3 based on the tracking information; a fine compensation processing part 6 for performing the fine phase compensation of the received signal which has coarsely compensated, by minimizing the prescribed evaluation index based on the overlapping regional information; and a compositing processing part 7 for creating the high definitional radar image.
