PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wrinkling of a label affixed to a work. SOLUTION: The labeling machine 1 holds each of labels 2 by means of an affixing head 52 disposed above a work 3 so as to be movable upward or downward, and affixes the label 2 by pressing it to a predetermined part of the work 3. In the labeling machine, the affixing head 52 is formed such that a label holding face 56 for holding each label 2 has an inclined form. Particularly, the machine includes a label producing device 7 configured so that mount paper 38 with a label 2 affixed thereon is ejected by being bent with its front lowered below its back.
