PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire 1 for a motorcycle with improved turning stability. SOLUTION: This tire 1 comprises a tread 2, whose outer face forms a tread face 9, and a side wall 3, whose outer face forms a side wall face 10. The side wall face 10 has an indented part 11 near the tread 2, and the indented part 11 has a curved shape having a curvature radius of 4 mm or more and 20 mm or less with a cross section shape orthogonal to a tire peripheral direction, and an angleαformed by the side wall face 10 and the tread face 9 is 80 degrees or more and 105 degrees or less. It is preferable that a curvature radius TR1 of the tread face 9 is 190 mm or more and 210 mm or less, and satisfies the following formula; 0.43≤H1/H0≤0.45. H0 expresses a height from a bead base line in the tire radial direction to the tread face 9 on an equator face of the tire 1.
