PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer body installing auxiliary device, which makes the easy installation of a transfer body possible without necessity of adjustment after installation. SOLUTION: This transfer body installing auxiliary device includes a reel retaining part 69, which temporarily retaining a feed reel 2, on which a transfer body peelably equipped with a transfer material on the surface of a band member is wound, and a take up reel 3 for taking up the band member with an interval corresponding to that of the transfer in use, and a pair of guide pieces 70, which are deformable for guiding the transfer body pulled out of the feed reel 2 of the reel retaining part 69 and the tips of which are separated from each other by the predetermined distance. The guide pieces are arranged to the reel retaining part 69 so as to make the length of the transfer body, which is pulled out of the feed reel 2 and guided by a pair of the guide pieces 70 and then again wound to the feed reel 2, nearly equal to the length of the transfer body, which is pulled out of the feed reel 2 and come into contact with the transfer body 6 of the transfer and the again come into contact with the transfer body wound to the feed reel 2.
