PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method of a carcass material with rubber capable of forming a bent part having no irregularity in the carcass material with rubber having edge rubber pasted up on both side parts thereof, and an edge rubber pasting device used therein. SOLUTION: After both side parts of a flat carcass ply sheet are bent to form a bent carcass ply 1, the edge rubber 6 is pasted up on the surface parts including the insides of the bent parts 2.
