<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve and/or validating 3D-image segmentation. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes a step (804) to render a 3D-image (502) acquired on a segmentation display (200) and a segmentation (507) of the 3D-image (502). The display has at least one spatially fixed slice (206) and an interaction slice (202) with a reference mark (208) corresponding to a cursor position (204) in the spatially fixed slice (206).
