<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent (EL) display device equipped with a TFT having a high field-effect mobility and a high ON/OFF ratio, in particular, a color-filter-based color emitting organic EL display device. <P>SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent display device includes at least a driving TFT and pixels which are formed by organic electroluminescent elements and are provided on a substrate same as the TFT. The driving TFT includes a resistive layer between an active layer 113 and at least one of a source electrode 114 and a drain electrode 115, and the pixels have a color filter 17 provided to the side of a luminescent layer of the organic electroluminescent elements from which light is extracted, and emits light of the modified color. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
