<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance advertisement effect when transmitting e-mail, by attaching thereto related information in which a recipient may be interested. <P>SOLUTION: An analysis server computer 14 is provided with: a storage means for storing, in a storage unit 25, related information such as an icon with a predetermined keyword assigned correspondingly thereto; an analysis means 23 for analyzing whether or not a character matching the keyword stored in the storage unit 25 is included in a message of the e-mail; an attaching means 24 for attaching related information corresponding to the keyword if the character matching the keyword is included according to the analysis means 23; and a transmission means for transmitting e-mail with the related information attached by the attaching means 24 to the recipient.
