PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll-over protective structure (ROPS) device devised capable of blocking upper part opening of a roll-over protective structure lower body on the opposite side of one side inner surface in brackets by pressurizing a roll-over protective structure upper body on one side inner surface of the cylindrical roll-over protective structure lower body and fastening it in a state without rattling. SOLUTION: This ROPS device of a travelling vehicle has a pair of left and right cylindrical ROPS lower bodies 3 erected on a travelling vehicle body 2, a planer-type ROPS upper body 4 left and right support parts 4a of which are inserted into these left and right ROPS lower bodies 3 free to elevate and a holding means to hold this ROPS upper body 4 at least at an elevated-up position. The holding means has a fastening bolt 5 to fasten the ROPS upper body 4 while pressurizing it on one side inner surface of the ROPS lower body 3, and a cover member 6 to close the upper part opening 3a of the ROPS lower body on the opposite side of the one side inner surface in the neighborhood of an upper end of the ROPS lower body 3.
