PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine capable of preventing the deterioration of actuation property in a ball return preventing device during a game, and reducing the manufacturing cost of the ball return preventing device. SOLUTION: The ball return preventing device 16 includes: a body member 32; a gate member 31 turnably pivoted to the body member 32 via a spindle 36; and a weight member 36 for energizing the gate member 31 toward a closed position. A press-fitting hole 44 and a pivotal support hole 37 are serially arranged in a front and rear direction, and a cover part 42 for covering the front surface side of the press-fitting hole 44 is formed integrally with the body member.
