The device has a charging and accounting equipment (ECF1) managing accounts of mobile terminals (TB, TD) of recipient and subscriber clients, respectively, where the terminals are connected to a mobile network (R1). A processing module (MT) accesses the equipment at the time of receiving a request to transfer a chosen quantity of connection time units for the recipient account. The module orders the equipment to transfer the quantity of time units from the subscriber account towards the recipient account if the quantity of units is equal to the chosen quantity. An independent claim is also included for a connection time unit transferring method. |
