PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white balance adjusting device and white balance adjustment program capable of easily setting a white balance value desired by a photographer. SOLUTION: A digital camera connectable to an information processor includes a transmitting means for transmitting moving picture data, a displaying means for displaying the moving picture data, a white balance control means for receiving the coordinates or rectangle of the moving picture data from the information processor and operating a white balance value from the designated coordinates or rectangle, and a customized white balance setting means for setting the white balance value as a customized white balance value.
