PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel processing communication system capable of improving the use efficiency as the whole processor while suppressing the communication quantity for redistribution. SOLUTION: In a management device 1 of the parallel processing communication system, a failure monitoring part 5 monitors a plurality of processors 2 for failure occurrence and failure restoration; an arithmetic range assignment part 7 performs assignment of arithmetic range to the processors 2 free from failure; and an arithmetic range redistribution part 8 distributes, when the failure monitoring part 5 determines that the processor 2 restored from failure is present after completion of the assignment of arithmetic range to the processors 2 by the assignment part 7, an arithmetic range to the processor 2 restored from failure after starting arithmetic processing.
